Zakk Sabbath is the Black Sabbath tribute band featuring guitarist/vocalist Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society, Ozzy Osbourne), bassist Blasko (Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie) and drummer Joey Castillo (Danzig, Queens of the Stone Age), who have been constantly gigging since 2014 with their take on the Birmingham four's early songs. Legendarily recorded in a single day in October 1969, Black Sabbath's self-titled debut was released on a Friday the 13th in 1970, and the world was never the same. "We recorded a live EP and were wondering what we could do next as a cover band, so the 50th album anniversary came just at the right time", explains Blasko regarding Zakk Sabbath's decision to go studio. "Compared to 'Paranoid', which is almost like a best-of record, the bulk of the material on 'Black Sabbath' is deep-cut, really experimental stuff that was never thoroughly explored, so that was a challenge, not to forget that we wanted to meet our own high standards." Describing the DIY process as "very productive," the three respectfully added their own flair to make for a slightly different flavor, also revisiting various live renditions and "extending a solo here or slowing things down because that's what they tended to do on stage." Titled "Vertigo", Zakk Sabbath's ode to the masters won't be available digitally, "to make the release feel authentic to the time when vinyl ruled the earth. It was such a cool time for those of us that grew up during that time. The fan experience with the physical product is irreplaceable with digital and streaming. We wanted to capture that authenticity." The songs were faithfully recorded in the spirit of the original - live in the studio and with a film crew documenting the process - culminating in a new celebration of the greatest heavy metal band of all time and the record that started it all.
Renowned songwriter, Grammy Award winner and three-time Guitar World “Guitarist of the Year”/recent “Guitarist of the Decade” title recipient Mark Tremonti is no stranger to storytelling. Throughout his time with massive bands like Alter Bridge and Creed – and most-recently his solo band, TREMONTI – he has never strayed from his love of writing memorable songs with strong inspiration at their core. With their upcoming fifth album, Marching In Time, the band looks to build upon this trend while exploring their love for searing heavy music, drawing from current events throughout the last year to form the basis of each colossal track. While TREMONTI’s previous album – the critically acclaimed, worldwide-charting A Dying Machine (2018) – was an overall concept album with darker sentiments and story, Marching In Time carries a different vibe altogether. Featuring his signature execution of blistering, laser-precision guitar work and a reverberating, rhythmic metallic attack, the album emerges as an upbeat offering inviting the listener on 12 individual journeys. From the driving drum beat of opener “A World Away”to the epic closer “Marching In Time,” the new album is a reflective look at the world around us today. The band’s unmatched musicianship permeates through the album – showcased on tracks like “Thrown Further,” “In One Piece”and the thought-provoking “Would You Kill” – while the band displays their softer side on the pensive tracks “The Last One Of Us” and “Not Afraid to Lose.” The title track, “Marching In Time,” hits a personal note, telling the story of a father having a child during a global pandemic and how he prepares for life during that time – something Mark Tremonti recently experienced in his own life. Standout debut single, “If Not For You,” displays the evolution of the TREMONTI sound in 2021 and is guaranteed to become a favorite. Marching In Time is the record that will solidify TREMONTI’s place in the hearts of longtime fans as well as add masses to the band’s legion of followers. The album is an exceptional auditory journey of memorable riffs, intriguing lyrics and the unmistakable sound that continues to earn the band prominent global acclaim. Marching In Time by TREMONTI was produced longtime friend and collaborator Michael “Elvis” Baskette, the producer Mark has worked with exclusively since 2007.

The Fall Of Ideals is the third studio album by metalcore band All That Remains. Produced by Adam Dutkiewicz of Killswitch Engage, the album was a departure from their previous two releases as it offered a more melodic metalcore sound that the band would go on to be known for. Considered their breakthrough album, it was their first to enter the Billboard 200 chart and features the fan favorites “This Calling” and “The Air That I Breathe.” This release celebrates the 15th anniversary of the album.

OVERKILL are an American thrash metal band, formed in 1980 in New Jersey. They are often called “the Motörhead of thrash metal,” based on their unique playing style, which was influenced by punk rock and the new wave of British heavy metal. They were also one of the first thrash metal bands to sign to a major label (having signed to Atlantic Records in 1986), and rose to fame as part of the genre’s movement of the mid-to-late 1980s, along with the “big four” (Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax) as well as Exodus and Testament. OVERKILL achieved their first mainstream success with their second studio album and Atlantic debut, Taking Over (1987) which acclaimed global praise & chart success. The band’s next five studio albums were also on Atlantic —Under the Influence (1988), The Years of Decay (1989), Horrorscope (1991), I Hear Black (1993) and W.F.O. (1994) and were also successful on a global scale, making them one of the most successful East Coast thrash metal bands. OVERKILL now have nineteen studio albums under their belt and continue to tour the world to huge audiences still to this day.
