What the hell can I say? Mel Gibson's cross-bearing, op-ed igniting, Hebrew-annoying, Muslim-pleasing, violence-desensitizing labor of love is more cultural event than film, and I'd imagine that the kind of person that really wants to watch this over and over on DVD probably also has a highlighted copy of Catcher in the Rye and an unhealthy fondness for Jodie Foster. Oh wait-I know what to say: In ancient Aramaic, with English subtitles.
